This high waist panty is made from vintage cotton floral fabric found at a thrift store in Tempe, AZ. We only have enough fabric to make 10 of these sets in this print! This panty features black stretch mesh side panels, and a lace up panel in the back with silver grommets. There are detachable garter straps, so you can wear them with or without stockings.
